• They are not an offer. A price only becomes binding when we give you a written quote and we both sign a contract.
• Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Your contract sets out the full terms of your project, including the price, inclusions, payment stages and warranties.

Enquiries and quote requests

Sending a form or booking a site visit doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to go ahead. We’ll handle the details you send in line with our privacy policy.

Photos and content

The text, photos, drawings and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking. Project photos may show finishes or options that cost more than our starting prices.

We sometimes link to other websites, such as government guidance. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
